How we work

A disciplined process.

  1. 01

    Design & CAM

Program from your CAD or ours. Toolpaths optimised for surface finish, cycle time and tool life.

  2. 02

    Setup & Tooling

Workholding, tool selection and first-article prove-out before a single production chip is cut.

  3. 03

    Machining

The part is machined to the approved drawing, with agreed critical dimensions checked during the job where appropriate.

  4. 04

    QA & Delivery

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Where is MonteMachining located?
MonteMachining is based in Ulcinj, on the southern coast of Montenegro, and accepts local and cross-border CNC quote requests.
What CNC services do you offer?
Precision CNC milling (3- and 4-axis), prototyping & R&D, and production/batch runs — from a single prototype to repeatable production quantities.
What materials can you machine?
Aluminium, steel, stainless steel, brass and engineering plastics.
What tolerances can you hold?
Features can be machined down to ±0.01 mm when the geometry, material, setup and measurement method support it. We confirm the achievable tolerance from your drawing before quoting.
Do you provide prototypes?
Yes — first-article prototypes with design-for-manufacture feedback and fast iteration cycles.
Can you handle production runs?
Yes. We handle repeat small batches. Quantity, drawing revision, critical dimensions and the checking plan are agreed before production.
Can buyers outside Montenegro request a quote?
Yes. Buyers in the Balkans and elsewhere in Europe can send a drawing for review. Feasibility, lead time, packaging, shipping and required documents are confirmed for the destination before ordering.
Can you machine aluminium and stainless steel?
Yes. Aluminium, steel, stainless steel, brass and engineering plastics are part of our normal material range.
What should I send for a CNC quote?
Send a drawing or CAD file if available, plus material, quantity, tolerance requirements and the intended use of the part.
