How we work

A disciplined process.

  1. 01

    Design & CAM

Program from your CAD or ours. Toolpaths optimised for surface finish, cycle time and tool life.

  2. 02

    Setup & Tooling

Workholding, tool selection and first-article prove-out before a single production chip is cut.

  3. 03

    Machining

Precision cutting with in-process inspection — dimensions held, not hoped for.

  4. 04

    QA & Delivery

Final inspection, documentation and on-time dispatch. The part arrives right, with the paper to prove it.
